Why Bookibles exists

Many service appointments still begin with a call, direct message, or email simply to ask what is offered and when the business is available. Bookibles gives a business one public place to describe its services and receive a structured booking request.

The goal is practical: make it easier for a customer to understand the service and for the business to manage appointment requests, statuses, and direct customer conversations from one account.

What the product does today

• Publishes a public business profile and individual service booking pages.
• Supports fixed time slots, flexible requests, optional per-slot capacity limits, and authorized dashboard entry for phone, walk-in, or customer-behalf bookings.
• Tracks pending, confirmed, cancelled, completed, and no-show bookings in business and customer views.
• Emails the business and customer when a booking is created, confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled. An eligible future datetime booking receives one reminder four hours before its start.
• Provides direct messaging between signed-in customers and businesses, plus business dashboard views.
• Offers optional Google Calendar sync on Pro and above. Eligible bookings are written asynchronously to a separate calendar Bookibles creates, while selected Busy intervals are imported every five minutes to affect matching fixed slots. Google-side edits do not update Bookibles.
• Offers a free business plan and optional paid plans with higher usage limits.

What Bookibles does not replace

Bookibles does not currently collect service payments or deposits, send SMS notifications, generate video-meeting links, or provide specialist contracts, structured intake, staff and resource routing, or regulated record keeping. Businesses should keep those responsibilities in appropriate systems and describe any separate steps clearly to customers.

How we describe Bookibles

We aim to describe current behavior plainly. A paid plan marker is not an independent verification of a business. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and delivery of their services.

We do not publish customer counts, booking totals, satisfaction rates, endorsements, or performance claims until the underlying evidence can be verified and kept current.

Who creates Bookibles content

“Bookibles Editorial Team” is the organizational byline used for Bookibles guides. It identifies the publishing role responsible for the page; it is not the name of an individual or an independent publication.

AI-assisted research and drafting tools may help with source discovery, structure, or early drafts, but they are not treated as factual sources. The product owner is the human publisher and is responsible for reading and editing each substantive change before publication.

How product claims are reviewed

“Reviewed by Bookibles Product Team” is a role-based label. It means Bookibles checked the product statements; it is not an independent certification, audit, or endorsement.

Bookibles capability claims are checked against current implementation behavior, feature gates, plan entitlements, owner-confirmed production behavior, and relevant technical documentation. External factual claims use primary or official sources where they are available. If a material conflict cannot be resolved, the claim is qualified or left unpublished.

How comparisons are handled

Bookibles writes its own comparison pages and commercially benefits if a reader chooses Bookibles. They are product comparisons, not independent reviews or endorsements.

Competitor capabilities and published prices are checked against the vendor’s official public pages on the displayed review date. Each comparison should explain when Bookibles may fit and when the alternative may be stronger. Vendors can change features, prices, and regional availability, so readers should recheck official information before purchasing.

Dates and corrections

A page’s updated or facts-reviewed date changes after a substantive edit or factual recheck, not for a spelling fix, a link-only edit, or an attempt to appear newly published.

To report a possible error, email support@bookibles.com or use the contact option below and include the page URL and disputed statement. When a material error is confirmed, we correct or qualify the copy and update its review date; a claim that cannot be supported is removed or narrowed.

Who it is for

Bookibles is designed for independent professionals and service businesses such as salons, trainers, photographers, consultants, spas, tutors, and other appointment-led providers. It is not a substitute for professional licensing, regulated intake, legal advice, or specialist point-of-sale and healthcare systems.
