The everyday salon menu
Two different services need two clear expectations: a defined appointment and a conversation before more complex work.
Cut & finish
Consultation, wash, haircut and blow-dry. Extra services are not included.

- Flexible request; business follows up
Illustrative menu and USD sample price, not a real customer or recommended market rate. Dedicated hours must not overlap with another service using the same stylist. A flexible request does not reserve a treatment appointment.
Bookibles gives independent salons, hair stylists and barbers a public service menu and a place to manage appointment requests. Clients can book as guests, while you manage availability, booking statuses and conversations with signed-in customers. Capacity limits apply to each service separately; Bookibles does not allocate a shared stylist across different services.

From choosing a service to managing a request
A clear next step on both sides.
For your client
Choose the right service
Clients see what is included, the displayed price, appointment length, location and any instructions you publish.
Book or send a request
They follow your service’s booking flow and enter a name and email as a guest. A phone number is needed only when your service requires it.
Check the booking status
The result shows whether the booking is pending or confirmed. Email notifications follow the applicable booking events and notification settings.
For your business
Publish an accurate menu
Give a repeatable appointment a fixed price and duration. Leave numeric pricing off when a quote must be agreed after a consultation.
Keep one workable schedule
Set business hours, service schedules and breaks. Review requests manually when the same stylist or chair could be needed by another service.
Manage the appointment record
Record phone and walk-in bookings, review requests and update statuses. Use direct conversations with signed-in customers, or the agreed contact route for a guest.
One stylist needs a schedule across the whole menu
An appointment limit protects the selected service when capacity control is enabled. It does not reserve a named stylist or stop another service from accepting a booking at the same time. Check the complete menu, not only whether two clients can book the same haircut slot.
For example, a stylist can reserve one non-overlapping part of the week for cutting and another for consultations. When work depends on a conversation, a flexible request lets you arrange it after checking the whole diary. If automatic allocation across stylists and services is essential, choose a system with that capability.
A booking interval controls which start times are offered. It is not a separate cleanup or color-processing phase. Include the whole occupied appointment in the duration where that description is accurate, or leave explicit non-bookable breaks. Bookibles has no dedicated per-appointment buffer or processing-time setting.
Keep confirmations and calendar changes clear
Your service settings determine whether a request is automatically confirmed or needs review. Use “pending” while a decision remains open, and update the booking when you confirm, reschedule, cancel, complete or record a no-show.
Booking emails are processed asynchronously for eligible recipients and enabled notification types. An eligible appointment with both a date and time can receive one reminder four hours before it starts, when booked more than four hours ahead. Bookibles does not send SMS or promise instant email delivery.
On Pro and above, Google Calendar sync writes eligible bookings to a separate Bookibles calendar and imports selected external busy times every five minutes. Google-side edits do not change the booking. The Bookibles-created calendar is excluded from busy imports, so sync does not create a shared stylist lock across your services.
Test the page before putting it in your bio
- Open the public page on a phone and choose a service without relying on knowledge of your menu.
- Submit a guest booking and check its status and the contact information requested.
- Test an overlapping request for the same service and for a different service using the same stylist.
- Record a phone booking, then check the public availability for the relevant service.
- Share the same public profile link from your website and social profiles once the flow matches your business.

Choose for the way you actually work.
A good fit when…
- A shareable salon page for clients arriving from your website, Instagram or messages.
- Clearly defined services with deliberately managed availability, or requests you review before arranging a time.
- Booking records and email updates without adopting a full point-of-sale system.
Consider a specialist system when…
- Automatic stylist selection, a shared staff calendar or room allocation across different services.
- Integrated deposits, service payments, cancellation charges, inventory or point of sale.
- SMS reminders, color-processing gaps or a dedicated buffer setting for every appointment.
Before you create your page.
Can clients book without creating an account?
Yes. Guest booking asks for a name and email, plus a phone number if your service requires one. Clients can use their browser without installing an app.
Will one service block my other services at the same time?
No. Capacity protection is per service, not a shared stylist or chair calendar. If one person delivers several services, use non-overlapping service schedules or review flexible requests before arranging appointments. A one-booking limit on each service does not create a one-person limit across the menu.
Can I collect a deposit when someone books?
Bookibles does not collect service payments or deposits. Explain any separate payment arrangement accurately; a booking status is not proof of payment.
Can I add an appointment taken by phone?
Authorized business users can create a booking from Dashboard → Bookings → New booking. Enter the appropriate service and details so the appointment is recorded alongside online bookings.
Does Bookibles have a free salon booking plan?
Yes. The Free plan has service and monthly booking limits. See the plan summary on this page for current limits and prices; Google Calendar sync and the analytics workspace are available on Pro and above.
