Set open and closed days with opening and closing times. Fixed-slot availability is based on the schedule and service duration.
Fixed slots for repeatable services
Offer customer-selectable times when one appointment occupies a predictable span. Occupied slots are tracked to prevent double booking in the core flow.
Flexible requests for variable work
Let customers send free-text details when travel, scope, staffing, or duration needs review. The business then arranges the date and time directly with the customer.
Google Calendar sync on Pro and above
Connect a Google account and Bookibles creates a calendar it owns, then writes each dated booking to it and removes the event when the booking is cancelled or marked no-show. Because Bookibles owns that calendar, its own events never feed back in as busy time.
The connection also reads the other way. Choose which of your calendars should make you unavailable, and their busy time removes matching fixed slots from the public page and is checked again when the booking is written. Only busy intervals are read — never event titles or guests. Outlook and Apple calendars are not supported.
Keep availability honest
Businesses should publish only hours they can honor and update booking statuses when plans change. Calendar sync is a data pipeline rather than an instant lock, so leave setup and travel time in the service duration or in schedule breaks rather than relying on it alone.
