Submitted bookings can move through pending, confirmed, cancelled, and completed states. This keeps the booking outcome separate from a casual enquiry.
Both sides are emailed automatically
When a booking is created, confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled, Bookibles emails the customer and the business. Business notifications go to owner and admin accounts with a verified email address. Customers are emailed at the address on the booking, whether or not they hold an account.
A scheduled booking also produces one reminder four hours before the start time, to both sides. Reminders apply to bookings that carry a date and a time, and are only scheduled when the booking is made more than four hours ahead. Booking emails carry a calendar invite the recipient can add to any calendar application, and each notification type can be turned off individually in settings.
What this feature does not claim
Bookibles does not advertise marketplace vetting, collect customer deposits, or send SMS. Notifications are email only. Businesses remain responsible for listing accuracy and service delivery.
