Direct answer

Open the relevant booking or Messages area, select the direct customer conversation, identify the appointment clearly, write only the information the recipient needs, and send it. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or payment data.

  1. 1. Open the customer conversation

Start from the relevant booking or open Messages, then select the direct conversation with that customer.

  2. 2. Verify the context

A customer–business conversation can cover more than one appointment, so name the service and date or time when they apply.

  3. 3. Write a specific message

State the requested action, date or time, and any practical instruction in plain language.

  4. 4. Protect sensitive data

Do not send passwords, complete payment card data, health records, or unrelated personal information.

  5. 5. Update the booking if needed

If the conversation changes whether the appointment will happen, update its booking status as well.
